Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • United States: 5–10 Business Days
  • International: 7–15 Business Days

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Delivery Conditions & Limitations

To help ensure successful delivery, please review the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Address: Pollylux is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the shipping carrier.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned because they were unclaimed may incur additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has entered processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Pollylux is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • The damaged item(s)
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label
  • All packing materials

These materials may be required during the carrier's investigation.
